Henry Hammond Ahl, 1869 - 1953.

This was exhibited at The Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts in 1931 and was titled "Uplands" on the exhibition label. The back of the canvas has the "Rook Pasture in October" title. Ahl was working out of the Harcourt Sudios in Boston at this time.
