This collection features over 20 original nude photographs by Boston artist, Walter G. Chard, born 1880. Chard’s photographs were not retouched in any way and he never used a tripod or flash. His unique work, including some of the photos from this collection, were featured at the Fogg Museum in Cambridge, MA in 1954. Educated at Harvard and Columbia, he taught at Beaux Arts in New York City and the Boston Museum School of Art.
